'You lied to me....'

Dramaaa!

Actually I wanted to draw a happier scene, but somehow it didn't turn out the right way and I decided to start something else instead of killing myself with that scene. _{I won't give up though, I hope it will be the next one to be done!}
But yes, here we have a kind of dramatic scene of my L.A. Noire based story 'Dark Paradise'.

As most of you already know, Haley's job is to throw off detective Antony's investigation, which is connected to the crimes of the criminal syndicate she's in.
However, while doing her job by misleading ad distracting him, she realized, that she developed feelings for him, which start an inner conflict. Her job is important, and her boss will never accept her to fail…but she also doesn't want Antony to get harmed and continue lying to him.
Yet, she isn't able to tell him the truth.
She doesn't know what to do - she doesn't want to lose this man. This man, who's is actually the first person she felt that strong connection to and who gave her feeling, that she could trust him.
Before she's able to act though, Antony realized that there's something wrong with her. After one of their meetings in a bar, he confronts her with his suspicion and that one single sentence 'You lied to me…'
Haley is shocked and not able to reply. She just looks up to him, while the cold rain streams down her skin, mixed up with her tears…


Well, the old story…two people who love each other and are meant to be…but are doomed to be enemies. ….they have to find a way.

I loved drawing this! Even though the pose is actually nothing special, but I think it portrays the scene perfectly. I specially love how Antony's face turned out here… <3
