I Wanted a Better Life

Actually I was drawing this for the profile sheet of hers, but I kinda liked it so much that I felt like posting it separately <3
So, this is Haley Whitman, one of my L.A. Noire characters and together with Antony, the main character of my story 'Dark Paradise'.
To tell something about her, you should know that she grew up in poor circumstances with no chance for a better life and all the things she dreamed of. Still, her longing for a better life made her leaving her home, but lead her into the arms of a group of criminals, unter the lead of a man called Grant Andrews . Before being almost killed, Haley suggest him to work for his syndicate, in exchange for them admitting her to their circle. Seeing his advantages in the young woman, he admits her to the syndicate.
Haley enjoys some good years, even uses to have a good relation to Grant, but still has doubts about what she's doing.
When she meets Antony Lankford, a detective of the LAPD for the first time, she knows, that she'll soon be in big trouble.... more than she'd ever been before.
